Fun and Maximum Stability
The DragonFly is a stable and versatile hybrid wing for pilots of all levels. It is the perfect wing to get into speed flying, as comfortable soaring on a seaside cliff as carving along a mountain. Heir to the FireFly, the DragonFly is based on a simple principle: Maximum stability with super performance for this class. A completely new profile allows progress in both areas.
Takeoff
The DragonFly offers both an easy and immediate windless takeoff while forgiving mistakes in strong winds. The new profile and the repositioning of the openings on the leading edge make it even more suitable for beginners or learning speed flying in school.
Piloting
More dynamic, while being stable in roll and forgiving errors, it gives a direct and intuitive feel to the brakes. Body roll is effective without ever being confusing. The DragonFly enjoys good passive safety, not only because of its great resistance to collapse but also because, although playful, it forgives pilot errors.
Glide performance and speed range
The trim travel is extended, so the DragonFly has better top speed and better glide than the FireFly. Ultimately, it allows flying in wider conditions and more sites! You can reach more distant landings and fly in stronger winds without worries.
The Pilot
This wing is for pilots of all levels who want a solid, stable and versatile wing. You can count on the DragonFly to accompany you serenely in your first speed flying flights. Available in two sizes, 16 and 18, it is also suitable for heavier pilots with a take-off weight of up to 120 kg.
